Brian Foreman, Dudley College

When Brian Foreman was appointed Managing Director at Dudley College and headed up the planning of 'The Energy Training Hub', he immediately got in touch with his pals at Bushton Ferris. "We had previously worked together when I was Commercial Director at 'Tektra'" – a Government computer training organisation with 95 centres all over England. Back in 1999, "Bushton Ferris completed an incredibly successful project shop-fitting all the centres nationwide and reassuringly completed everything on budget, on schedule and to a brilliant standard". So when the development of 'The Energy Training Hub' was being discussed, "I looked no further than Bushton Ferris". The 'Training Hub' is intended to play a major role in transforming the ability for businesses in the building services engineering sector to access key training and skills in the design, installation and maintenance of environmental technologies. This incredibly important gas, plumbing and electrical training centre "was in great hands with Bushton Ferris completing the project for us. We have a great relationship and I trust them completely".

Julie Mills, Milton Keynes College

Another brilliant example of Bushton Ferris' work is the recent hairdressing and beauty rooms conversion completed at Milton Keynes College – Bletchley Campus. Principal and Chief Executive Julie Mills praised our work; "We had a very tight deadline and a huge ask – to transform fully equipped and stunningly designed rooms in only 9 weeks is incredible. I simply couldn't have asked for more than what was delivered by Bushton Ferris. Our students are now able to train in lovely state of the art surroundings, and they are greatly benefiting from it". From the overall construction down to the fine details, "Bushton Ferris offered a great amount of support, offering ideas and inspiration for the design as part of the overall construction service – everything was done brilliantly and their experience shows in the top quality results."

Theresa Drowley, (OBE) Redbridge College

"What a great result - I would love to work with you again!"
Theresa Drowley OBE is Chief Executive of Redbridge College, where we completed a 1500 square metre conversion of their newly equipped hair and beauty salons. Ms Drowley took the post of Principal at the college 10 years ago, and at the time it was a "failing" institution, however now it is has been heralded as the most successful college in London. The new hair and beauty salon has undoubtedly contributed to the success of this establishment, and Ms Drowley praises Bushton Ferris for "all of the incredible help with the design through to build" and after a long planning period, "everything was finished to an exceptional standard, ahead of time and not a penny over budget!"

"I have a great relationship with Bushton Ferris and would trust them to complete further projects in future". There were huge time restrictions with the college only shutting down for a matter of weeks in the holiday period, but "everything was completed to such a great standard and incredibly smoothly, with all obstacles being avoided – the support they provided was invaluable."

Lifeskills Safety Education Centre, Bristol

In 2016 Bushton Ferris completely redeveloped the Lifeskills Safety Education Centre in Bristol. Located on 4th floor of an old bonded warehouse, with other floors in day-to-day use as offices, the job had its challenges-primary getting rid of waste materials and getting new materials in- safely and quietly!
Due to bespoke nature of the job it was great that decisions were able to be made on site.
There was really good understanding between Bushton Ferris and Lifeskills teams, supporting each other and coming up with design ideas which we're now proud to show off to all our visitors.

Mr A Edwards, St Margarets

A great example of a loft conversion/extension project completed by Bushton Ferris lies with Mr A Edwards. He lives in St Margarets, a suburb in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, west of central London. "I had absolutely no building knowledge whatsoever so put a great deal of trust in Bushton Ferris to complete the loft conversion and extension in my family home – and they certainly didn't let me down! I had a great deal of support from them and they were unbelievably helpful. The job was completed in no time at all and with a nice tidy finish. It really took all the worry and stress away, I'd highly recommend Bushton Ferris to any homeowner with a big conversion planned – you'd be in great hands".

Mr J Gill, Swindon

Bushton Ferris completed a residential conversion in Purton for property developer Mr J Gill, turning what was a very old hotel/public house into modern, luxury houses with fully fitted and equipped living space. "The pictures give you an idea of the state it was in – it was such a dilapidated building, originally designed and built for the railway as an old hotel back in the late 1800s. Now it's beyond my wildest dreams, lovely modern living spaces within the 4 houses it's become. Both the interior and exterior have a brand new lease of life and are completely transformed. Bushton Ferris really delivered with the results of this project – they offered a vast amount of inspiration and ideas, their experience really did show through and the result couldn't have been better".

Mrs R Edwards, South Cerney

Bushton Ferris carried out a big house conversion in South Cerney for Mrs R Edwards. This water damaged property needed a lot of attention and expertise, and Bushton Ferris of course provided it all. "They were so helpful and attentive, the attention to detail was impressive and while it was a fairly large conversion I required, I didn't need to worry one bit with Bushton Ferris involved. It was completed so quickly and efficiently, and my house was left in a lovely tidy state. I would definitely recommend Bushton Ferris."

K & D Claassen, Swindon

I would like to thank you for the wonderful job you have done with our extension. It's over a year now and I think we can stand back and take stock of what you achieved. The workmanship looks as good today as the day you finished. When you were working on our build, we really felt that you prided yourselves in your work and particularly your workmanship.
And it shows in the result that today looks as great as it did a year back.
We both thought that you put thought in to your work. You did not merely look at the plans, but you brought your experience to the job with very helpful suggestions on small improvements that made all the difference to us. Just wish I listened to you on the position of patio door now.
It was a joy to work with you on this project and your whole team can only be praised for the work they did. Always professional, but with good humour thrown in for good measure. Thank you for communicating clearly, I always know what to expect in the week coming, and you kept to budget, something Daan was most pleased with.
